🔒 ऑर्डर रद्द करण्याबाबत

ऑर्डर एकदा बुक झाल्यानंतर रद्द करता येणार नाही.

📦 डिस्पॅच व डिलिव्हरी

पेमेंट प्राप्त झाल्यानंतर 1–2 कामकाजाच्या दिवसांत ऑर्डर डिस्पॅच केली जाईल.
🚚 आपल्या लोकेशननुसार साधारण 10–15 दिवसांत डिलिव्हरी होईल.

🔄 एक्सचेंज पॉलिसी

एक्सचेंजची सुविधा फक्त खालील परिस्थितीत उपलब्ध आहे:

• प्रॉडक्टमध्ये मोठे डॅमेज असल्यास
• चुकीचा प्रॉडक्ट डिलिव्हर झाल्यास

📌 अशा परिस्थितीत डिलिव्हरीनंतर 24 तासांच्या आत तक्रार नोंदवणे आवश्यक आहे.

❌ केवळ रंग, फॅब्रिक किंवा डिझाईन आवडले नाही म्हणून एक्सचेंज उपलब्ध होणार नाही.

🎥 अनबॉक्सिंग व्हिडिओ अनिवार्य

पार्सल मिळाल्यानंतर सील उघडण्यापासून ते संपूर्ण पार्सल तपासेपर्यंत सलग 360° अनबॉक्सिंग व्हिडिओ रेकॉर्ड करणे अनिवार्य आहे.

व्हिडिओमध्ये कोणताही कट, पॉज किंवा एडिटिंग नसावी.
अनबॉक्सिंग व्हिडिओ उपलब्ध नसल्यास कोणतीही तक्रार स्वीकारली जाणार नाही

🔒 Order Cancellation

Once an order is booked, it cannot be cancelled.

📦 Dispatch & Delivery

After payment is received, the order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.
🚚 Delivery will usually be completed within 10–15 days, depending on your location.

🎥 Unboxing Video is Mandatory

After receiving the parcel, it is mandatory to record a continuous 360° unboxing video from the moment the seal is opened until the entire parcel is checked.

The video must have no cuts, pauses, or editing.
Without a valid unboxing video, no complaint or claim will be accepted.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only in the following cases:

• If the product has major damage
• If the wrong product has been delivered

📌 In such cases, the complaint must be registered within 24 hours of delivery.

❌ Exchange will not be provided if you simply do not like the colour, fabric, or design of the product.
